Die Videos und Zeichnungen dokumentieren das Schreiben von Briefen und Texten mit einem präparierten Bleistift. Dieser ist mit der Welle eines rotierenden Drehmotors verbunden. Unter Einwirkung der Handschrift dreht und schwingt der Stift mit wechselndem Widerstand, in Interaktion mit und gegen die schreibende Hand.

Aus der Überlagerung beider Schreibbewegungen entsteht ein rhythmisches Schriftbild an der Grenze des Lesbaren, das die Worte buchstäblich in ihrem Entstehungsprozess sprengt.

The videos and drawings document the writing of letters and texts with a prepared pencil, connected to the shaft of a rotating motor. Under the influence of the handwriting, the pencil rotates and oscillates with varying speed, in interaction with the writing hand.

The overlapping of both writing movements results in a script at the limit of its readability, which literally bursts the written words in its process of being created.
